The neighborhood association elects officers and board members each February. Officers also serve as board members.
All neighborhood residents and property owners are members and are eligible to vote.

Board meetings are open to the public. They are held monthly on the Monday evening before the last Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. The dates are aligned with meetings of the Historic Preservation Commission, which meets on the last Wednesday each month. In-person meetings usually are held in the Fellowship Hall of the Presbyterian Church of the Covenant, 501 S. Mendenhall Street. For the foreseeable future, meetings are being held via Zoom.
