Updated: Duke Energy plans to conduct routine vegetation maintenance in an area that includes the College Hill Historic District beginning Friday, Dec. 13, 2013. Thirty days prior to the start of vegetation maintenance, Duke Energy will hold a Community Information Session on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Glenwood Recreation Center, 2010 Coliseum Blvd., Greensboro, 27403.
All interested and concerned residents (homeowners, renters and business owners) are urged to attend this meeting.
Duke Energy will inform properties that will be directly impacted by vegetation maintenance via an informational door hanger placed at homes between Dec. 6 and the start of maintenance on Dec. 13, 2013. Below is a map identifying the affected area.
