The young scholars pictured above moved into 220 South Tate Street on Friday. Their apparent intent to use the residence as a fraternity house got some neighbors to thinking, 
“Isn’t College Hill zoned R-7? And aren’t frat houses allowed only in zoning categories RM-18 and higher?”
Yes and yes. The Zoning Enforcement office has been invited to come out on Monday and sort it out.
