Duke Energy has informed the city that they’re delaying their work in College Hill for about two weeks. Maybe they’re taking some time to reflect on how everybody is so upset with them these days and to think about how to get along with people better from now on. Then again, probably not. There’s no money in that kind of thinking when you’re a monopoly.
