The meeting will be held via Zoom videoconferencing. To view the meeting or speak on an agenda item, contact Stefan-Leih Geary by 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 28. You will be emailed the online meeting link and instructions on how to participate. There is no option to provide handouts or other documents the day of the meeting.
If you have a presentation, pictures or other materials you would like to provide as part of the hearing, provide it to HPC staff by 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 28.
In-person meetings are usually held in the Plaza Level Conference Room, Melvin Municipal Building, 300 W. Washington Street. The alternate location is the City Council Chamber.

Neighborhood Input Needed Regarding Renewing New Earth Designs Contract
At the Aug. 26, 2013, College Hill Neighborhood Association meeting we will discuss renewing the maintenance contract for New Earth Designs. Please take a few minutes to review the notes (acess using link, below) from a recent meeting held with city staff to discuss options. If you have thoughts to share on this matter, please plan to attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may email your thoughts to CHNA Secretary Judy Horn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The College Hill Neighborhood Association (CHNA) will meet Monday,Aug. 26, 2013, at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the Church of the Covenant, 501 S. Mendenhall St. The Community Watch meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. All College Hill residents are welcome to attend. The meeting agenda and minutes from the July meeting will be posted online in advance of the meeting at the CHNA website.
