The College Hill Neighborhood Association (CHNA) will meet Monday, Aug. 26, 2013, at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the Church of the Covenant, 501 S. Mendenhall St. Discussion items include the status of the house at 919 Spring Garden and fees for Certificates of Appropriateness.
