The meeting will be held via Zoom videoconferencing. To view the meeting or speak on an agenda item, contact Stefan-Leih Geary by 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 23. You will be emailed the online meeting link and instructions on how to participate. There is no option to provide handouts or other documents the day of the meeting.
If you have a presentation, pictures or other materials you would like to provide as part of the hearing, provide it to HPC staff by 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 23.
In-person meetings are usually held in the Plaza Level Conference Room, Melvin Municipal Building, 300 W. Washington Street. The alternate location is the City Council Chamber.
