Keep valuables out-of-site in your car!
Officer Melanie Daniel of the Greensboro Police Department (College Hill’s community resource officer) wants everyone in College Hill to be aware of the following information:
Greensboro has recently seen an increase in larcenies from motor vehicles, especially in the city parks. Most involve purses or wallets that are left in visible sight in vehicles. Please remember to secure your belongings and not leave valuables in vehicles. Also, if you are going to the park, consider taking just a small wallet or wristlet with very few items. Some cars have had purses stolen from trunks.
